David Suzuki
Take a second and consider this: how would balenciaga sales react if tomorrow balenciaga sales had been told balenciaga salese the enemy, the governments taking balenciaga sales company, and balenciaga sales have to pack balenciaga sales bags and obtain out of balenciaga sales house? After which balenciaga salese told men will go to labour camps and ladies and kids goes to detention camps. The official story is balenciaga sales arent Canadian enough and balenciaga sales loyalty is suspect. Now consider this: that was David Suzukis story.
We know David like a scientist, broadcaster, and activist but growing up, together with thousands of other Japanese-Canadians, his family was forcibly moved from their home in BC and sent to live in what he calls a concentration camp in Slocan City within the BC interior. David was five. The Suzukis stayed until David was nine.
Thinking about the injustice might make most people turn their backs on Canada. But not David. He went on to devote his life to warning -- and trying to save -- Canada from environmental disaster. But hes at a crossroads now having only left the board of his foundation. He admits that theres a war against the environment and against those who desire to save it. He finds himself facing down his government once again. But David once said what defines people is struggle and hes prepared to struggle provided it requires.
